  • Stewart Harro

    Chief Executive Officer

    Stewart Harro brings more than four decades of aviation, flight operations, and executive safety leadership to Endrisk. Prior to leading Endrisk, he served as Managing Director of Air Safety and Regulatory Compliance at FedEx Express, where he directed enterprise-wide proactive safety programs—including ASAP, FOQA, and LOSA—and led multiple NTSB and ICAO Annex 13 accident investigations. A veteran Boeing 777 Captain and former Chairman of the Airlines for America (A4A) Safety Council, Stewart has spent his career at the forefront of operational safety, regulatory alignment, and safety culture evolution. At Endrisk, he guides company strategy and enterprise partnerships, ensuring the platform delivers the operational rigor required by high-reliability organizations.

  • Shem Malmquist, Ph.D.

    President & Chief Scientist

    Capt. Shem Malmquist is a globally recognized authority in aviation safety, accident investigation, and systems engineering. A visiting instructor at the Florida Institute of Technology and a former international Boeing 777 Captain, Shem has investigated major commercial aircraft accidents and served as the Automation and Human Factors lead for the Commercial Aviation Safety Team (CAST). A Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society (FRAeS) and co-author of seminal industry texts including Angle of Attack and Grounded, he is a pioneer in operationalizing MIT's System-Theoretic Accident Model and Processes (STAMP) for real-world risk mitigation. Shem directs Endrisk's scientific foundation, ensuring the platform remains grounded in rigorous, next-generation systems theory.

  • Preston Malmquist

    Chief Product Officer

    Preston Malmquist co-founded Endrisk to bridge the gap between advanced systems safety theory and practical enterprise software. With a background in aeronautical science, flight training, and full-stack software development, he specializes in translating complex frameworks—including STAMP, STPA, and CAST—into intuitive digital workflows and causal analysis tools. Preston leads Endrisk's product vision, UI/UX architecture, and technical roadmap, ensuring that safety and systems engineering teams have the proactive modeling capabilities needed to identify vulnerabilities before adverse events occur.

  • Alex Menai, Ph.D.

    Chief Technology Officer

    Dr. Alexandre Menai is a seasoned technology executive with over 23 years of experience in enterprise software architecture, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence. Prior to Endrisk, Alex held senior engineering leadership roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS), Akamai Technologies, and Ogury, and founded amenai technologies, developing specialized AI document intelligence for aerospace operations. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Telecommunications from the Université de Technologie de Troyes. At Endrisk, Alex leads the core engineering and infrastructure strategy, architecting high-security, scalable, and compliant enterprise cloud systems tailored for mission-critical operations.

    Chief Financial Officer

    Nathan Harro brings a dual background in software engineering and corporate financial strategy to Endrisk. A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and founding partner of Flightplan Financial, Nathan has spent over 15 years designing capital allocation models, fiscal growth strategies, and risk-management solutions tailored specifically to the aviation industry. His experience bridging technical systems design with disciplined financial stewardship enables Endrisk to scale efficiently and sustainably. Nathan oversees Endrisk's fiscal governance, capitalization strategy, and financial operations as the company expands its enterprise footprint.
