The first release. Endrisk is a safety analysis platform for systems-theoretic safety analysis, built so every conclusion stays connected to the evidence behind it and to the loss it exists to prevent.
Safety analyses tend to live across a diagram, a spreadsheet, a requirements tool and a folder of review notes. Each artifact works on its own; the difficulty is at the seams, where the links between them are implicit or maintained by hand.
Endrisk is one workspace for systems-theoretic safety analysis, where the control structure is a model rather than a picture, and everything derived from it keeps a link back to what it came from.
